Thankful Thoughts
Hi and welcome all! :)
Well another Halloween has come and gone. I hope everyone had a nice Halloween. :) I had fun handing out candy to the trick or treaters. :)
Thanksgiving is on it's way. :) I can remember as a kid my mom cooking our families Thanksgiving dinner. I think back now and wonder how she ever did it.
*LOL* I think she must of been a magican. *LOL* There's a lot of work that goes into a Thanksgiving meal. But also a lot of love. :) I can remember all
those wonder smells in my mom's kitchen. The smell of that turkey a cooking was just heavenly. :) All the other goodies too...mashed potatoes, stuffing,
cranberry sauce and let's not forget the pumpkin pie. :) It was wonderful sitting around the table with family and relatives. Eating, talking and laughing.
Looking back I had a lot to be thankful for and I still do. :)
I can also remember watching on TV A Charlie Brown Thanksgiving... another classic. :) Never can forget Snoopy fixing the Thanksgiving dinner. *LOL*
I hope everyone will this Thanksgiving will take a moment to give thanks to our Heavenly Father for the wonderful bounty of food and most of all... family and
friends. :)
